Like the Keyword search, fielded searching in the database will treat any terms separated by a space as an "AND" search and will retrieve all records which have both terms in the selected field in any order. For photographs of objects, this field contains information on the photograph/digital number, the registration number, a brief description of the object, and the photography batch to which the photograph belongs. Photograph numbers, negative numbers, and digital numbers appear with the respective prefix (P, N, D) followed by the six digit number, for example “D020003”, “P021850”. Types of photography batches include special exhibitions, permanent gallery exhibitions, loans, condition photography, research and publication requests, and archaeological excavations.

For non-object photographs, this field contains information recorded on the registration card for the photograph in the Oriental Institute Museum Archives, including provenience and photograph details.
